Detailed Estimation :

• Details of measurements can be prepared with in the App and get out Estimate along with details of measurements linked to Schedule of quntities (BoQ) in MS Excel with formulas.

• Details of measurements can be prepared in MS Excel and can be uploaded and App will prepare BoQ linked to your DOM Excel file in MS Excel.

• Non schedule items can be added to the App so that you can use them in any estimate. If you add analysis data, you will get Estimate with rate analysis in MS Excel and linked to basic rate sheet and BoQ sheet.

Tender Justification :

• Comparative Statements for agencies up to 99 for both Item Rate tender and percentage tenders.

• Rate analysis for 100% DSR items and Non-schedule items (Data shall be input for non-schedule items)

• Market Rate Justification statement along with Rate analysis  Download sample 

Basic Rates (Local market Rates) :

• Local markets are automatically saved or updated for each place. When you do rate analysis for a work at the same place for another work, the rates will be imported from the previous work(s) which can be further updated. 

•   Basic rates prepared in MS Excel can be directly exported to the App to get rate analysis and MRJ. 

Billing :

• You need to generate the Agreement BoQ before preparing the bill schedules. Download sample  

• You need to input Extra items if any and their rate analysis data in the App before bill preparation.

• BoQ for bills in MS Excel can be generated with App Download sample

• Deviation of Quantities based on financial powers of officers can be generated once bill quantities are entered. Download sample

• Final Comparative Statement with final bill quantities can be generated to check whether the 1st lowest contractor is still the lowest.
